Hola Mariana.

Revisa el entorno sobretodo la variable CATALINA_HOME, también       debe estar 
en el path la referencia a CATALINA_HOME\bin.

Asegura que todos los ficheros ".sh" de la carpeta bin tienen       permisos de 
ejecución.

Esperamos noticias :D
