[DG: Spanish Sakai] Ayuda instalacion sakai

estoy tratando de instalar sakai-src-2.5.4 he seguido todos los pasos del
manual,  instale tomcat apache-tomcat-5.5.27 y  maven-2.0.6 pero cuando
trato de iniciar sakai starting stopping sakai tomcat no encuentro el
archivo start-sakai.bat
tambien intento ingresar a http://localhost:8080/portal pero me aparece
recurso no disponible aunque ya inicie el servicio del tomcat..Que debo
hacer
