[samigo-team] Samigo Working Group Meeting Tues May 6 --negative marking, conference prep, working group future

Hi Folks
Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6 at our usual time and place (see below). Agenda items include

1) reviewing SAM-2212/2213, UPV's work for negative marking. (post 10 release) 

2) Preparing for June presentation on Samigo for 2.9? Due to scheduling conflicts (end of our semester corresponds with conference), no one from Stanford's UX or development team will be there, so we've asked for the institutions who developed features to present. Really, I think we'll do our coordination via email with just parties that had previously volunteered to present their features: Stephen Marquard and Aaron Zeckoski, Keli remotely--I would like a Longsight person, but could present that remotely as well)

3) Re-invigorating the Working Group: I think we should dedicate July's meeting to this, not May but I am giving everyone a heads up. While we have traditionally been the presenters for Samigo at the conference and the organizer of these working group meetings (along with Indiana at one point), other institutions and companies have been larger contributors to Samigo in recent years. Our involvement is about to slow down again as much of the Stanford team is about to go heads down on an internal project until at least January but really, probably through to next year. Let's start the discussion about the care and feeding of Samigo going forward.
