[samigo-team] [Building Sakai] Samigo question pools are broken

Just did a quick investigation, seems like this was introduced in:

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-2274

line 965 of ItemFacade.java:

text = FormattedText.stripHtmlFromText(text, false); // SAM-2274

which produces a ClassNotFoundException for FormattedText
