[samigo-team] Tests & quizzes FORCE submit feature

Hi Nguni,

The autosubmit feature in Samigo requires:

1. adding samigo.autoSubmit.enabled=true to sakai.properties file

2. configuring the "Auto Submit Assessments Job" in the Job Scheduler tool (we run it once a day)

3. executing the appropriate autosubmit script (attached) to make the option available in the pre-populated assessment types

Thanks Johan fro  your prompt response …We don’t seem to  have that  option  though on our version ..

This is  strange…Could it relate to the version we’re using?I’m hoping our Software unit can advise.

Yes there is such an option.   If you choose the Default test type under submissions twirly.

HI There
Is there a “Force Submit” feature on the Test& quizzes module which allows an instructor to push/submit an assessment after the due date if a student has failed to select the submission button but has engaged with the assessment  (i.e pending submissions.)

Also  we notice that if one edits the Retract Date then the following message appears    
“The Retract Date must be set when Automatic Submission is enabled”…however I’m struggling to  find the option for automatic submission. Can you  advise where this can be found please?
