[samigo-team] New question type: Hotspot

Nicola, Please let me know the result of your testing. If there was no way to re-use an assignment with this question type, I think that would be the biggest blocker, at least for instructors. If it can be imported through Site Info, at least there is a way to do it. I would say Site Info is the most common way instructors copy content anyway.
