[samigo-team] Merging of EMI to Samigo

Hi Jaques,

Here is how you get code into Sakai trunk:

1) Create a JIRA describing the feature as best as possible
2) Post a patch to the JIRA describing what the patch accomplishes
3) Post to the relevant mailing list alerting people to new patch
4) Wait for comments, requests for revisions
5) Revise and improve the patch per comments
6) Wait for agreement and consensus
7) A core contributor can then commit the revised patch
