[samigo-team] Reviving settings discussion: higher res mockups

As a group, we did a lot of ambitious work redesigning settings and I had been meaning for some time to break this down into bite sized chunks so we might eat this elephant. So I walked back some of the major rethinking and concentrated on just consolidating the categories and optimizing layout and labels; we can revisit some of the more ambitious ideas once we have this as a base. Four Specs for each category are posted here
