[samigo-team] view student question response display issue

Hello Samigo team,

We are currently experiencing a weird display problem when the instructor
views the student question response (please see the attached screenshopt)

To reproduce:

Under Published Assessments > Drop-down menu > Scores >
Click on Student's name > (question responses will display).


Test environments:
IE8 on Windows7 --> no problem
IE10 on Windows7 --> issue occurs
FF21.0 on Windows 7 --> issue occurs
Chrome on Windows 7 --> issue occurs
Safari on Mac --> issue occurs


We are using samigo 2.8.6_SNAPSHOT and its parent is sakai-edu-tool (2.8.6)
 from Sakai 2.8.x_all
Can anybody guide us how to resolve this problem?
