Hi Neal,

Both Yuki and I have taken a quick look at the fix of SAM-1707. But it'll
be better if it can be verified by QA
<https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-1707> (please see Mathew's
comment). Once it is verified, I would like to merge that into 2.9.x.
