[samigo-team] [CWux] Extra Time Accommodation for Timed Quiz?

As a short term work-around, IU has implemented the ability to link two or
more assessments to the same GB item. We plan to present this enhancement
to the workgroup for review sometime soon. Merging it into 2.10 could be
a bear, however, because we have branched the GB, and our local GB is very
different than the generic Sakai GB.
