[samigo-team] Samigo Work Group Meeting Tues 2/21

Hi everyone,

I added three additional Jiras for enhancements from IU to the agenda.  If
we don't get to them this week, we can discuss at a future meeting.  Also,
I've created a page in confluence for keeping track of contributed
enhancements and fixes under consideration by our group.  It includes IU
enhancements discussed previously a well as those on this weeks agenda.
Others should feel free to add to this document.
