[samigo-team] about tests & quizzes' multiple selection multiple correct

Hi Wendy,

Although Samigo doesn't provide the exact solution, but partial credit
feature is very close to what you want. You can enable this feature by
setting the

samigo.partialCreditEnabled=true

in sakai.properties.
