[samigo-team] subtasks for schedule/samigo integration

All,
Bryan is taking on subtask SAM-1324 to move display due date option to the "Check settings and add notification" screen. He doesn't know if he can take on the improvements that would make it important. Karen, our developer, is also busy merging about 20 local fixes into 2.9 and a fix for the Respondus lockdown browser over the next two weeks. 

Code freeze is September 20, but we'd want the fixes done by September 6, the day after Labor day. Does any other institution think it is important 

1) that this display option is available even if instructor hasn't added Schedule tool (assuming event can appear in My Workspace). Many instructors don't bother to add the Schedule tool, but students would still get some value of seeing deadlines in My Workspace (SAM-1322)

2) that users can go from the event directly to the assessment via a URL (SAM-1318)

These two may have to wait for 2.10 unless someone wants to help out. As we said, we don't know when 2.10 will happen--I suppose it doesn't have to be only once a year.

I spoke with Sam, he's going to take on SAM-1324 Move "display due date option" to Check Settings and add Notification" screen, which makes 1316 and 1319 moot. 

Karen,when is code freeze? When is QA? Bryan is wondering if you have any bandwidth to help out with the following tasks? I think they are both important to fulfilling the true intent of the initial request sam-1121.

SAM-1318 Students should have a URL in their Schedule that takes them to an assessment 

SAM-1322 "Display <Available/Due> Date on calendar" option not available in Samigo assessment settings unless Schedule tool is added first 

Can you let me know who I can assign to? Bryan, if Karen can only help out with one, is it possible to help with the other?
