Just a friendly reminder that the Doodle for determining the regular meeting time of the Samigo Working Group is awaiting the attention of many of you.

This is the last message I will be sending out to the list of Samigo Survey respondents and BoF participants. Many thanks to those of you who participated in the kickoff call today.   In case you were unable to attend, we agreed to meet on a bi-weekly basis.  We still need to determine the best day and time for a regular, bi-weekly meeting, so I have posted another Doodle poll (URL below).  When you respond, please ignore the calendar dates and indicate your general availability to meet every two weeks on the specified day of the week at the specified time.  We will likely meet during the week of August 22nd, but we are more interested in your general and availability than whether you happen to have a one-time conflict on that week.
