[sakai2-tcc] Roster2 to replace Roster

[Neal Caidin]

I believe part of the rationale was something to do with removing code dependencies so that Profile 1 could be removed? Perhaps Roster 1 depends on Profile 1, even though Profile2 is the current tool.
