[sakai2-tcc] Status of Tools Survey and SQL queries

Dear TCC,

84 survey responses. I was easily able to prune down to 77. There might be a few more duplicates, but not sure I'll have enough time to get these cleaned up before the conference.

In the shared Dropbox is a new folder called SurveyMonkey Results. In that folder are the following:

* Summary_Tools_Survey.pdf - high level summary results of each question, no text responses shown. Therefore you will not see LTI responses in this view.
* Summary_Of_Comments.txt - I manually pulled out the comments associated with each tool and put the comments in this one file, just for convenience sake. These comments are also in the detailed results, where you can see which institution provided them. LTI responses are in this view and in the detailed view.
* folder - Detailed Results.  Within this folder are two files which have the same content, just different format. Sheet_1.csv, Sheet_1.xls . Both contain the complete dump of the data. Should be easy to filter based on institutions.

SQL queries:

* No summary data available yet. I started to look how easy it would be to consolidate the data, but looks like it will probably need some Perl or Python scripting. Any takers?
* I made sure that each folder for an institution has a CSV format. They might have other formats, depending what they originally sent.

Notes:

* The Messages tool was left out of the survey. This was not intentional.
* Some of the comments on tools clearly tie back to a particular institution. If we want to publish the comments publicly, I presume we would need to clean that up a bit?
* The results are not yet published publicly, only to the TCC so far.
