[sakai2-tcc] NBC learn integration - Fwd: Sakai External tool integration

When this goes to the dev list, I will share some more detailed thoughts...

Basically, adding a CKEditor plugin with a widget or iframe is straightforward enough and the basic browsing/embedding interactions are possible with JSONP or CORS. LTI and/or an HttpAccess handler may or may not be on the critical path, depending on the content types and goals.
