[sakai2-tcc] Another agenda item - Re: TCC - CLECC meeting Tuesday, May 21, 1 pm Eastern/ 5 pm GMT

- QA servers ; should these be centralized by the Apereo foundation? How would we get folks to administer them in a predictable way? Subcontract an SCA ? etc.   Brainstorm on how this can be a more controlled and predictable process.
