[sakai2-tcc] TCC - CLECC doodle poll take #2

Correct. The time zone aware polls seem only to be available for scheduling at a specific date and time, not for ongoing meeting times like this, which it seems to steer you towards a non-time zone aware text format. I mentioned GMT time, hoping that would help. 

You would *think* it wouldn't be that hard for doodle to come up with a time zone aware version for this type of scheduling.
