[sakai2-tcc] TCC - CLECC meeting time Doodle poll

[Neal Caidin]

Currently the meeting has been every other week. So it is somewhat random if it falls onto the first Wednesday of the month or not.

We could make it the 2nd and 4th weeks of each month?  This would be a little less than every other week, but not much. 

Thoughts?
