[sakai2-tcc] Agenda items - Re: TCC - CLECC meeting Wednesday, 10 am Eastern Daylight/ 2 pm GMT

A couple of agenda items.

* Planning for 2.9.3 and beyond. How can we make it more efficient? Do we need shorter timelines? What about the occasional new feature that requests getting into a maintenance release (what is the best way to manage that)?  

* Position descriptions for volunteer positions (to help recruit, provide visibility, show importance of contribution to community, etc.) Examples : co-QA director to work with me, to divide workload ;   QA lead security - perhaps José Rabal Sastre is already doing this and we should award the title? Maybe ways to help recruit, publish position descriptions on web sites, etc?

* Tools survey - initial discussion to brainstorm what information we would collect on a Tools survey and what we would do with it, etc.
