[sakai2-tcc] Towards the Sakai CLE PMC

Steve--what source are you quoting?  I don't find the sentence you cite in the bylaws. [1]  I ask because use of the phrase "Project Management Committees" dovetails nicely with my desire to see the TCC reconstituted as an Apache-style PMC.
