[sakai2-tcc] Input for planning Sakai CLE 2.9.2

Hi CLE and TCC,

Just a reminder that today is the last day for discussion on the schedule for the 2.9.2 release. If nobody has any concerns, it sounds like we will be targeting late April/ early May for the 2.9.2 release!
