[sakai2-tcc] FYI only - Teaching with Moodle MOOC

Thanks for sharing this Neal, although it has not come up in current 
discussions, its been something that I've had on my mind....running a MOOC 
on how to use Sakai that is....could be interesting to consider running a 
similar MOOC on how to deploy Sakai...kind of a Bootcamp MOOC....
