[sakai2-tcc] Adopters Map - wiped out?

Its back Neal to its old self.

The problem was the use of an escaped & character. Suggest replacing with 'and' or escaping.

Hi All,

I think I wiped out the adopters map http://www.sakaiproject.org/adopt  . Before I try re-uploading a copy of the original XML file, can someone verify that it is not working for them too?

Fortunately, I made a backup copy of the XML file before modifying. My guess would be that something is off in the updated XML file that Steve and I updated that is causing this problem. If others are seeing this problem, I'll try re-uploading the original and seeing if this fixes things, at least back to original state. Then I'll have to poke around the XML file to see if I can figure out what went wrong.
