[sakai2-tcc] How do we get the map updated

Both Sam and I have admin rights for sakaiproject.org but neither of us is the designated administrator for the site.  Looks like csev is an admin too.  However, I've popped in and created an account for Neal. I've also deleted a number of old user accounts that should have been cleaned out long ago.
