[sakai2-tcc] How do we get the map updated

I have a couple of requests for map updates that had been assigned to Sean,
but I took them though I don't have access to make the changes. I've
forwarded the requests to Ian, who I think will be trying to contact Sean
directly.

If there are other requests, I could tack them on to the existing requests
I've sent to Ian. This could be a short term fix, hopefully, but thinking
of a longer term way to manage this, especially in a more automated manner,
sounds like a good idea.
