[sakai2-tcc] CLE community poll

On question 7:

What does "CLE 2.9 or other unreleased version" mean when you don't know 
if and when 2.9 will be released?

Does "OAE 1.* (with hybrid mode and CLE)" mean CLE 2.8 or later?
