[sakai2-tcc] CLE community poll

Hey all,
I held off on sending this friday since I think it would get lost in
people's inboxes so instead I am going to send is just before lunch on
the east coast.
Any last comments? Otherwise it goes out as is.

The Sakai TCC would like to ask the community to assist us in planning
for future releases and correctly focusing community time and efforts.
This poll will help us better understand what versions of Sakai are
being used and what upgrade timelines the community is planning for.
