[sakai2-tcc] Letter to the OAE steering committee?

My understanding of what was discussed this morning was that the TCC had a few options:

1. Figure out what resources and funding are required for the CLE and go back to the Board with those requirements and figures. The Foundation may not be able to provide the whole lot though, depending on what it is that is asked for.

2. Find funding (as you mentioned).

I think we should exhaust 1 in the immediate instance, but also pursue 2.

A question I have is in regards to the CLE CC position that has been advertised, and where the 2 days per week came from, if we actually need quite a lot more?
