[sakai2-tcc] post conference TCC meeting?

So, I'm not sure we are converging yet but how does this sound for now?

Sat afternoon pre - half day
Thurs afternoon post - half day
I can also ask for Friday morning in case people are interested but we
can call it optional/as needed.
