[sakai2-tcc] post conference TCC meeting?

I think we need one before to conf so we can get discussions going early. I found last year's one to be extremely useful, we actually got a whole stack of stuff done and out of the way.
Then a brief  wrap up towards the end in case anything comes to light during the conf.
