[sakai2-tcc] licensing question

I am pretty sure but copying in the licensing list just in case I am wrong.

Also, this has some helpful info:

MIT is listed as green:
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/LIC/3rd+Party+Licenses+and+Software
"Code/libraries using this license are approved for use. Follow usage
instructions."
