[sakai2-tcc] Roster2 replacing Roster Classique

The use case is, AFAIK:

"My students keep posting pictures of their dog or the beach and I don't
know what they look like. I don't want to just stop them uploading their
picture, because they enjoy it, but I need to be able to recognise them"
