[sakai2-tcc] Web Service call

Hello,

We are working on an update to our software were we would like to upload userID, userName, or uniqueID to identify a user when sending up results into the Sakai gradebook. Are there additional web services that can look at userID, username, or uniqueID? If so, where can we find information about it?
