[sakai2-tcc] Added a new maven goal "deploy-exploded" to sakai-maven-plugin

Hey everyone,

Created this new maven goal to deploy wars in their exploded form in
webapps, as a result there are no wars deployed to webapps.

Cloned the unit tests as well and updated the test specific to webapp
deployment.

The new goal can be used via:

mvn sakai:deploy-exploded

I have deployed sakai-trunk successfully using this goal and all is good.

I have committed all the changes to trunk in sakai-maven-plugin
project. If everything is acceptable I recommend we cut a tag and a
branch and call it 1.4.0. Then all we need to do is update master pom
to point to the new version.
