[sakai2-tcc] TCC Meeting with Ian Dolphin

That's a bummer since I know he currently is asking a bunch of the
commercial partners (like Unicon) about this right this very second
(or more like last week). I hope he is not thinking about making a
decision on it before the meeting because the email to Unicon made it
sound that way. I would be unhappy if we were not involved and putting
this off for 3 weeks makes that more likely in my view.

Is it really impossible for him to make a 1 hour meeting earlier than
3 weeks from now?
