[sakai2-tcc] Entity picker to core

Well the java tool may be super simple but I'd think to be considered for
core it should be cleaned up a little and not just dumped in. This is where
the committers would come into play. ;) The other key piece here the FCK
(and not yet ported CK) picker widget which would also need to be
maintained going forward. I haven't yet looked at the effort required to
port this to CK but hopefully it's not a complete rewrite.

I can file these as issues (there is currently a component for the WYSIWYG
Entity picker rather than a separate project):

1) I think if it was in the core it should be a little more clear about
what it's doing and what the purpose of the widget/tool is. That means
corresponding help, and possibly some additions to the picker when there's
no entity's to pick. It's always confusing (at least to me) when you try to
use a tool and it doesn't appear to have any functionality at all. Is it
broken? What is this used for?

2) The widget has an "Advanced" tab but I'm not sure what any of these
fields mean or why they're there. I can't seem to test it because for some
reason the "Ok" button isn't appearing for me, so I can't actually add the
entity yet.

3) Also, I'm not sure if you've seen the browser UI but it has an
overwhelming amount of detail. That 3rd column (Item Info) has data that
nobody really is interested in and at the very bottom (hidden from view so
you have to scroll it) is the actual link to select the entity. It would
think that it should have significantly less detail.
