Congrats to Megan (and welcome to the beach Aaron) -- it's great we had so many candidates! Sorry to be late to the party on this, but for future reference I've updated the confluence page with our options for breaking a tie: https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/TCC/TCC+Governance
