[sakai2-tcc] Conference meeting doodle poll

So it looks like maybe we will only have a post conference meeting for
the TCC based on the poll results. If folks want, we can keep the
pre-conference time there for those of us who will be there, but
otherwise I will go ahead and tell the committee we do not need a room
at that time.
