[sakai2-tcc] TCC conference meetings

FYI the Board has just locked in Saturday June 9th 1pm-6pm, and perhaps later into the evening as required.

I do think we need to have a pre-conference TCC meeting, last years one was extremely valuable. I'm just not sure *when* we can do it!
