[sakai2-tcc] No Meeting in Ann Arbor Spring Break

Hi all,

How has this ended up? I'm currently looking into our funding situation 
with an eye on going to LA, we'll probably present something, but one of 
the reasons for my coming will be to see how we can contribute to a 
tasty 2.9.
