[sakai2-tcc] Missed for 2.9 hibernater Upgrade

Hi All,

Realized I missed on for our 2.9 list and that’s the upgrade of our 
version of hibernate. Nuno did some initial work:

The sticky issue is that Hibernate switched bytecode provider to 
javassist. I'm not realy sure of the implications of this and would like 
someone experienced in this like Aaron to review Nuno's work.
