[sakai2-tcc] Are we supporting Java 1.5 for 2.8?

+1. So are we in definitive agreement that 1.6 is the rcommended 
version to use for 2.8? I was planning on filing a "reminder" 
Jira so the appropriate language gets into the releases notes, 
etc.
