[sakai2-tcc] A popular feature request - sak-800

Hi all,

Anthony Whyteand I were going through the open critical Jira's in Sakai yesterday and came across a popular feature request that has not been unfulfilled since April 2005.

Upload/Download and extract zip archive files in Sakai Resources Tool. From experience, this is a very popular request almost demand by teachers. However, balanced against that is the potential performance hit.

The Jira has 16 votes and 21 watchers. Can the TCC please advise and help move the life cycle forward.
