[sakai2-tcc] VOTE: Architectural / Library Changes for 2.9: Tomcat 7 & JSF 1.2

I'm keen on moving to Tomcat 7 and can see that it makes sense to move
to JSF 1.2, but don't know enough about the tools to give an informed
opinion.

Is the JSF upgrade across all the tools?
Will I be able to run a JSF 1.1 tool in Sakai 2.9?
