[sakai2-tcc] DISCUSS: Recommendations for 2.9: JDK 1.6

At the LA Project Coordination Meetings the following recommendations were proposed for the 2.9 release: Recommended JDK is minimally 1.6. I'd like to put it to a vote next week, but please share any concerns or questions now.
