[sakai2-tcc] DISCUSS: Tool Promotions & Deprecations for 2.9: Lesson Builder

At the LA Project Coordination Meetings the Lesson Builder was proposed for the 2.9 release as a provisional (stealthed) tool. The Lesson Builder (http://jira.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/LSNBLDR-11) is available in trunk and is poised to be included in the Sakai 2.9 release as a stealthed tool. I'd like to put it to a vote next week, but please share any concerns or questions now.
