[sakai2-tcc] sakai-2.8.0 update

I encourage TCC members to check out the tag, download the demo, bin, src archives and confirm that they can download, install, deploy and start them up in Tomcat 5.5.33.

A summary of release activity since Wednesday of last week plus final TODOS are summarized below.

Built against an empty .m2/repository/org/sakaiproject, fresh Tomcat 5.5.33 and empty MySQL 5.1 db.  No download, build or startup issues encountered.

I've not linked Atkins venerable administrators guide to the release notes yet.  I'll do that later this afternoon.

DEMO, BIN, SRC ARCHIVES TESTING

I tested the *.tar.gz archives (demo, bin, src).  Alan Berg also deployed the demo.  Seth started up the demo on RHEL 5 using Java 1.6.0_24 against a virgin Oracle 9i database (10g drivers).  No build or startup issues encountered

Miguel Carro Pellicer of Samoo tested the *.zip archives (demo, bin, src) in a Windows Vista Business, 32-bit environment.  No build or startup issues encountered.
